Sales Analyst and Communications Coordinator

As the Sales Analyst and Communications Coordinator, you will be the direct contact to the sales and national accounts team on providing them the support needed to help them identify selling opportunities and provide updates on the progress to their goals.  Your ability to provide updated sales data, analysis, and completing administrative duties will enable the team to sell more SweetWater products in their market.  You are the expert in all things related to VIP, KARMA, IRI and other syndicated data used to sell more beer.  This job reports directly to the VP of Sales and Marketing, providing a great opportunity for exposure to Sr. Management and upward mobility.

Sales Support & Reporting:

  • Provide weekly tracker updates
    • Incentives, NAD Ad-Execution, New Item Reporting, KARMA Usage, etc.
  • Calculate quarterly commission Payouts
  • Generate valuable insights and information for the Commercial team by parsing large, syndicated data sets; experience with Armadillo a plus
  • Support for New Market Development and progress against goals
  • Assist with volume plan c/o annual budget
  • General report generation support based on management’s needs

National Account Support & Reporting:

  • Chain specific reporting for features including communication of program execution to the Commercial team
  • Advanced excel work to provide X–Look Ups and Pivot Tables for easier data analysis
  • Reset validation for Key Chains
  • Work with National Accounts Team on the completion of chain specific pricing forms, gap reports and new item forms
  • Advanced category management analysis for chain new item or business review meetings
  • Analyze internal and syndicated sales data to measure SWB & GFA performance against volume goals, $ share, distribution, and ROS.

VIP & Armadillo Liaison:

  • Item, Distributor and Employee setup and maintenance
  • VIP data manager responsible for employee organizational layout and on/off boarding users
  • Setup and manage custom National Account call points
  • Troubleshoot reporting issues

Training & Development:

  • Oversee and coordinate all aspects of fishing camp and semi-annual commercial team meetings
    • Well trained MDMs mean better ROI and reduced turnover
  • Conduct quarterly VIP/KARMA / Armadillo webinars
  • Create learning modules for Excel training, Pivot Tables, V – Look Ups

Qualifications & Skills

  • Strong communication skills
  • Technologically savvy
  • Fluent in Excel
  • Some experience with training and development
  • Data driven
  • 5 yrs + in an analytical role
